We believe it is essential for believers to belong to a local church, where they can WORSHIP, CONNECT, SERVE and GO. The information below outlines our membership process.

Membership at Christ Universal Gospel Ministries means…

…You are genuine follower of Christ.

…You were baptized by immersion after your salvation experience.

Salvation does not mean following a bunch of rules to try and keep God happy. The truth is that He loves you and wants you to experience peace, joy, good health and prosperity. You can only do that by knowing Jesus as a Friend and Saviour. How can you be saved? It is a matter of simply believing.

The Bible says:
If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)

If you believe, then pray this prayer:
“Dear Heavenly Father God I ask You to forgive me of all of my sins. Jesus, come into my heart, come in to my life, be my Lord and Saviour. Holy Spirit come into my life and reign supremely.  In Jesus mighty and precious name I pray.   Amen. Jesus, You are Lord!”

Congratulations! You have made the very best decision you have ever made or ever will make. Now you are saved. You are forgiven and you are on your way to heaven. The next step is to grow in this new relationship with God. The best way to do that is to read your Bible every day so that God can speak to you through it and get involved in a good church so that you can have the support and fellowship of other believers.

If you’re just not sure, or need clarification about baptism or what it means to be a Christ-follower, we would love to talk with you. You may wait for Decision Counselling after attending any of our Sunday’s Praise & Worship service for either the Pastor or Church Elder.  You will complete a Decision Card with your details and attend a one-session 45 minutes “New Life Class” which is available every Sunday from 10.30.a.m
