Our Core Values
1. We value the Living Word of God the Holy Bible.
This is God’s infallible Word, the source of Truth and our guide for life. We believe that the Bible is the basic instruction before leaving earth.
(Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105)
2. We value Prayer.
Prayer is the power source for all we do in the ministries. (My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations. Mark 11:17)
3. We value Lost People.
Lost people matter to God. Everything we do is intended to point people to a relationship with God through Christ. (For the Son of man came to seek and to save that which was lost. Luke 19:10)
4. We value Relevant/Authentic Worship.
In genuine worship, God’s presence is felt, God’s pardon is offered, and God’s power is revealed. (God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. John 4:24)
5. We value Unity & Encouragement in the Body of Christ.
A church that is unified is a church that God will bless. We have no place for gossip and negativity among our members. (All the believers were together and had everything in common. Acts. 2:44)
6. We value the Family.
Believing that the family has been established by God as the basic unit of all society, part of our goals is to help cultivate thriving marriages and equip parents and children in building stronger Christian homes.
(Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labour in vain. Psalm 127:1)
7. We value Community.
People can find community; give and receive ministry best in small groups – building community with God through building community with God’s people.
(Everyday they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread together in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts. Acts. 2:46)
8. We value GRACE.
We want to have a message and ministry of reconciliation.
(Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, the old has gone and the new has come. All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:17-18)
9. We value the ENJOYMENT OF LIFE.
As followers of Christ, we ought to be the most passionate and full of life people on the planet.
(I have come that you may have life and have it to the fullest. John 10:10)
